PFW series Impact crusher are mostly used as secondary crusher and it well fits for crushing numerous medium and soft mineral &rock materials, such as limestone, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, clay, tombar thite, kaolin, gypsum, and graphite, etc.
Screws: screws exposed on the surface combat, easily damaged, and subject to greater shear screws, once cut will result in a serious accident.
Plate fixed: insert rotor plate hammer from the side trench plate clamping both ends. But this fixation is not strong enough to make the board hammer, hammer work, easy to loose. (To be welded, plate wear and replacement easy).
Wedges fixed :( steel, there is a certain toughness and ductility, high strength and hardness, good machinability, weldability still) using wedge plate fixed to the rotor hammer way, work under the centrifugal force, this fixation can ensure faster rotor plate hammer fixed more firmly, and reliable, replace them more convenient. This is a good hammer currently fixed way, countries are using this fixation.
